Shipping Times
Ready-made items are shipped within 1-10 business days, depending on the item. Please review the shipping times on each product page. Custom pieces are subject to longer shipping times of up to 3-5 weeks. Final delivery times are calculated and estimated by the courier. Assay Jewelers is not responsible for courier delays.

The international rates and times are automatically calculated by the courier. Shipping and delivery times are subject to courier and customs delays.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Assay Jewelers is not responsible for delays due to customs. International customers are responsible for corresponding import duties.

Shipping Costs & Tracking
Costs of shipping are calculated at checkout and may be waived by Assay in the event of promotions or offers. Free international shipping is available on orders over $500. After your order has been processed, you will be forwarded your tracking information via the communication method you provided at checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.
